Below you are able to schedule In-Home Consultations or sign up for Virtual Classes. Once an appointment time is selected, you will be prompted to complete an online intake form. Completing this secures your appointment and allows us to maximize our time together.

If you are a self pay client, a credit card or HSA card will be held on file and billed after your consultation has been completed. For all clients with in-network insurance plans, credit cards are held on file and billed for deductibles/denied claims if applicable after insurance processing. Prices listed reflect our Self Pay Rate.

Why am I being asked to enter a credit card when my insurance is in-network?

Your credit card will not be charged when scheduling. A credit card is held on file for cancelations and insurance deductibles, coinsurance, or denials.

I have OSU/Trustmark insurance. I was told 6 lactation visits would be covered. Why do I need to enter a credit card?

OSU employee insurance covers 6 lactation visits at 100%. A credit card is held on file for cancelations with less than 24 hours notice.

How do I schedule a virtual appointment?

How do I know if my insurance covers in-home lactation?

You can verify coverage with your insurance plan by calling the number on the back of your card. Nurture does not verify coverage or submit pre-authorizations requests at this time. Learn more here: Navigating Insurance with Nurture

Do you travel to my location?

Nurture consultants travel to the following counties: Allen, Auglaize, Coshocton, Delaware, Franklin, Guernsey, Hancock, Hardin, Holmes, Knox, Licking, Mercer, Muskingum, Putnam, Tuscarawas, & Van Wert. Learn more here: Nurture Travel Area

My insurance is not in-network. What options do I have?

Do you have an office I can come to for appointments?

At this time, all Nurture consultations are in-home.
